Hello, I’m Julie.
At the heart of everything I do is a deep commitment to people and their wellbeing. Throughout my journey — across roles, industries, and countries — one thing has remained constant: my passion for creating spaces where people can grow, thrive, and reconnect with themselves.
From building employee wellbeing programs in HR to supporting women entrepreneurs, from navigating motherhood far from home to deepening my understanding of the mind-body connection—each step has shaped the way I guide others today.
Wellbeing isn’t just an outcome; it’s a way of being. And my work is about helping others embrace that — whether through coaching, embodiment practices, or fostering meaningful communities of support.

My Journey From Support Roles to Positive Psychology & Coaching
For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to understanding people and creating spaces for growth and wellbeing. This thread has shaped my career, leading me across industries, countries, and personal transformations.
Building a Foundation in HR & Wellbeing
My career began in support roles — Communications, Event, Executive Assistant, and Office Manager. I was always the person people turned to for guidance, organization, and care. I then trained to become a Certified HR Manager, building employee wellbeing programs and designing learning and development initiatives to support growth in the workplace.
Seeking More Impact – From HR to Positive Psychology
When I moved to Singapore, I continued working in HR, but I felt a strong pull toward making a deeper impact. Seeking alignment between my work and my values, I pursued a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology, to deepen my understanding of how to better support others in their growth and wellbeing.
Motherhood, Identity, and Transformation
During my Master’s, I became a mother — giving birth to my daughter during the COVID pandemic, far away from home. The postpartum period brought profound changes — physically, mentally, and emotionally — and a sense of loss that deepened my understanding of the complexities of transition and identity.
I realized how much I longed for tools and support to navigate those changes. My Master’s project became exactly that — a structured framework designed to help new parents reconnect with themselves, strengthen their relationships, and navigate life transitions with confidence.
New Country, New Challenges, and Finding Community
Moving to Japan brought new challenges, and once again, I found myself lost in transition. But this time, I had the tools to rebuild, reconnect, and transform.
I tapped into the strength of community. I joined FAJ, a non-profit for French-speaking women in Japan, first as a member and participant of the Club Entrepreneures program. Then as a board member and a co-leader and facilitator for the Club to support a new group of women through a 9-month journey in building their businesses.
Deepening My Work – The Mind-Body Connection
Even with my background in Positive Psychology, I felt that something was missing. I had been practicing yoga for over 10 years, studying Shiatsu and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and dealing with my own chronic health challenges. I knew first-hand that true transformation is not just about mindset — it’s about integrating body, emotions, and movement.
To deepen my coaching practice, I completed a 6-month certification in Embodiment Coaching, bringing together all aspects of my work—science, somatic practices, and personal transformation.
Today, my approach weaves together everything I have learned and lived, creating a space where transformation happens through awareness, embodiment, and meaningful action.
