Even when life looks “fine” on the outside, there are moments when something inside begins to shift.

The old version of yourself no longer fits, but the new one hasn’t fully emerged yet.

These in-between spaces are thresholds: tender, powerful passages that ask for your presence, not your pushing.

This is not a quick-fix coaching program. It’s a gentle, personalized, structured process for women who want to meet change with awareness instead of resistance.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • 6 x 60-minute private coaching sessions (online, tailored to your journey)
