Before I even knew what Positive Psychology was, I was already practicing it.

As an HR Manager, I was focused on helping people feel more engaged, supported, and fulfilled at work. But back then, I didn’t have the words for what I was doing—I just knew that wellbeing wasn’t just about avoiding stress or burnout, but about creating an environment where people could thrive.

It wasn’t until I met people from The School of Positive Psychology in Singapore that I realized: Oh, this is an actual field of study? I had been applying its principles all along without knowing it!

Since then, Positive Psychology has become a core part of my work—not just in professional settings, but in helping women navigate transitions, rediscover their strengths, and create a life that feels aligned.
